Mr. B K Piparaiya
BKP has four decades of BFSI professional experience in Governance, Risk, Compliance
(GRC) and Treasury & Credit. He has headed multifunctional and multi-dimensional
assignments in a leading PSB and a Credit Rating Agency, together for four decades.
He is currently Chief General Manager (Ratings) for the last 4 years in Brickwork
Ratings India (BWR), a SEBI registered & RBI accredited Credit Rating Agency (CRA)
engaged in Credit Ratings for Corporate/SME Bank loans under Basel-II and
Long/short term Capital Market Instruments, Grading Services for IPO & Institutions
and Customized Research Services. His role includes supervising Credit Risk &
Rating assessment, Rating Actions & Surveillance of Ratings as Chairperson and
recommending the Ratings to higher committees as Coordinating Chairperson.
His earlier assignment was as Chief General Manager in Bank of Maharashtra
wherein he headed as CGM/GM for a decade various bank-wide multiple functions
namely, Board Matters, Inspection & Audit; Credit & International Banking;
Information Technology, BPR & MIS; Financial Management, Accounts &
Investments; Integrated Risk Management & Planning at the Bank’s H.O. He also
held assignments of the Bank’s Chief Risk & Compliance officer and CFO. Earlier, starting in mid- nineties, he headed the Bank’s Treasury Operations at Mumbai for
about a decade and before that he held positions as Zonal, Regional and Branch
head in the Bank across the country for about 2 decades. Having joined the Bank as
P.O in mid-seventies, his initial assignment was as Credit Group Officer at the Bank’s
HO in SME/Priority Sector Section & later in similar function at Zonal office.
He spearheaded turnaround/creditable achievements, in challenging business critical
assignments involving strategy building, innovations, start-ups, execution, monitoring
& control, such as: Repeatedly bagging Chairman’s Club membership & highest
Inspection ratings for the outstanding performances of the branches he headed &
exiting his branch level assignment with Best Performing branch award; And while
heading Bank’s verticals: Initiating profitable Domestic Treasury operations &
Integrating Domestic and Forex Treasuries; Implementing Risk Management &
Credit Rating Framework including Risk Modeling & RBP; Completing
implementation of CBS and Basel-II norms in the Bank; Achieving highest CASA in
the industry; Reinforcing AML & RBIA framework; & while heading Credit, the Bank’s
bagging the coveted “Best Asset Quality Award FY 2011-12 (sponsored by Dun &
Bradstreet & Polaris Technology)” among all the PSBs.
BKP holds degrees of MBA (Finance) from FMS Delhi, B.E. (Mechanical) from NIT
Rourkela in first division & C A I I B from IIBF as educational & professional qualifications.
He has been active in academic pursuits, participation in training, seminars & research:
Teaching, Training and Paper Setting: Faculty & paper setter for ‘Theory and Practice
of Investment Management’ for Master of Financial Services Management (MFSM)
course in Mumbai University. Guest speaker in NIBM, SIBM CAB of RBI, ICC etc.
Panelist/Speaker in National Seminars/MDP on Contemporary Topics: Regulation
& Treasury Operations” in Risk & Governance Summit-by ISB/Deloitt; “Delivering
Technology for Innovative Banking” in IBEX India; National Seminar on Basel-III–
Implementation Challenges in Banks by BoM; Start-up and SME summit by COSHALE;

Mr. Lalit Kumar Sahoo
Lalit Sahoo is a competent MEP professional with more than 25 Years of industry experience, strategic planner and
an effective communicator with assertive and strong leadership qualities.
An Electrical graduate from NITRA – Rourkela 1992 Batch, his experience includes expertise in various fields like

member for Wind Energy Association of India (InWea), a registered member of Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE,

settled at Pune (India) working with SPCPL as MEP Head west and North Region.
He played a key role in construction of various landmark projects few of which are Mahatma Mandir – India’s biggest
Convection centre at Gandhinagar (Gujrat), Vallabh Bhavan – Secretariat building at Bhopal, MCA – Cricket stadium
at Pune, Elite hotel – Dubai, and many more industrial, residential, commercial, hotels, university, stadiums,

Mr. Leo Kurians Paulose
Leo Paulose serves as the Club Growth Director for Toastmasters International where he is responsible for
building the organization across Western and Central India. He has received the coveted Distinguished
Toastmaster award and was the Conference Convener for the first Annual Conference of District 98 entitled
ELOQUENCE which witnessed the largest gathering of Toastmasters across Central India in 2016. He has
supported the establishing and chartering of over 15+ clubs across India (and counting!). He has served as the
District Parliamentarian, Division Director, Area Director and in various other District and Club leadership
capacities in the past.
He serves as the Innovation Expert at Amdocs India where he is responsible for defining the innovation strategy
and driving innovation across the Amdocs India centers in Pune, Gurgaon and Mumbai. He handles a diverse
variety of portfolios including innovation awareness, incubation (product & service), IP generation & protection,
process innovation, industry-academia collaboration, start-up scouting & partnering, in-house RQ & niche skill
development and innovation thought leadership. He works extensively with global and local stake-holders
including CXOs and senior leadership across the organization towards enabling top-line and bottom-line growth.
He has had extensive expertise in working with telecom customers across the globe towards co-creation & co-
innovation.
He also serves as the Vice President for the alumni association of his alma-mater National Institute of Technology
Rourkela and is responsible for the Western Region of India.
He is an author and has had his first book entitled ‘William Brothers’ released by the Indian Ambassador in KSA
during his school days.
He is a highly sought after speaker and has delivered numerous talks and workshops on topics ranging from
innovation to thought-leadership, communication and growth mindset across numerous organizations including
Amdocs, Infosys, TCS, IBM, John Deere, Citibank, BMC Software, Halliburton, IITs and NITs among others. He is

Mr. Gauresh R. Khanolkar
Born and brought up in Mumbai, Gauresh has been residing in Pune since November 2015, and is currently operating in the capacity of Treasurer for NIT Rourkela Alumni Association (NITRAA) Pune Chapter.
He did his Bachelors from Visvesvaraya Technological University in the field of Industrial and Production Engg. He later went onto pursue his Masters from NIT, Rourkela in the field of Industrial Design.
He has been delivering talks and workshops on 3d Printing thereby educating the masses about the possibilities of this groundbreaking technology. Gauresh has keen inclination towards sports and has represented NIT Rourkela at the INTER-NIT football tournament during his college days.
Nitika Gupta
Her second innings in the corporate world started with HSBC Global Technology, Pune in 2007, where she worked as Associate Project Manager, managing software banking projects for HSBC UK. In 2012, she decided to take a break from full-time work and focus on being a homemaker for a better upbringing of her two children.
Now she follows her passion in the field of Mathematics, having been trained as Vedic Maths teacher and conducts Vedic Maths courses for students.
